Here's an awesome paper model site by Michael Haggard. You can find a couple of Star Trek models like phasers 1 & 2 and a communicator. Recently added is the 1:1 "Compression Rifle" Phaser Type III from ST- The Next Generation. Other free models include hako models of Major Matt Mason, the little Haro robot from Gundam Seed, Alien, various models from Star Wars and a fire truck.
